Wordless(ish) Wednesday: Smoothie Time

Raspberry Smoothie
1 cup Soy Milk (or milk of your choice)
1 Frozen Banana
1 cup Frozen Raspberries
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Ground Ginger (or 1 tbs fresh grated ginger)

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
1 cup Soy Milk (or other milk)
1 heaping tbsp Peanut Butter (all natural)
1 tbsp Chia or Flax Seeds
1 Frozen Banana
1/2 cup Frozen Pear Chunks
1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
